Technical Meeting INTERMACAN Project Presentation

On Friday June 14, 2013 , was held in the Moroccan city of Marrakech Technical Meeting INTERMACAN Project Presentation (Workshop) . The objectives of the meeting were:

1. Analyze energy aspects needed to support the development of renewable energies in the two regions (Laayoune-Boujdour-Sakia El Hamra in Tarfaya E Canary Islands).
2. Disseminate the results of the studies.
3. Proposed collection of actors outside the project.
4. Contact with other institutions in Morocco.
5. Knowing the installations and activities taking place at the university.
6. Making contact with potential place and people to conduct the course of PSS®E (software used for study and analysis of electrical transmission) during the second half.

The event was attended by: Representative of the National Renewable Energy Agency and Energy Efficiency Development (ADEREE), technical Renewable Energy Department of the Technological Institute of the Canary Islands, SA (ITC), a researcher at the Institute representatives Intelligent Systems and Numerical Applications in Engineering (ULPGC) and representative of the University Cadi Ayyad and the National School of Applied Sciences of Marrakech (ENSA).
